DreamLab^® products incorporate state-of-the-art microprocessor-based DLTouch safety controllers running the unique DLOS operation system. Critical to any ductless safety product, the monitoring system must be able to alert the operator if the filtration fails, if there is insufficient airflow or if filter replacement is necessary. All alarms associated with the monitoring system are designed to alert the user immediately if adverse conditions arise. 

DLTouch is a touchscreen-accessible control system exclusively designed for DreamLab^® operator protection hoods, process protection enclosures, biological safety cabinets, reagent storage cabinets and other similar laboratory equipment. DLTouch has user-friendly vivid icons to allow for simple one-touch control of all ductless equipment operating and safety functions. Automatic blower control can be monitored and maintained within DLTouch.

Main Screen

User friendly UI of touch screen automatic safety controller integrates all touch control functions and vividly displays the operational parameters, with the most important flow rate (percentage of full scale) shown in the center. Through one-touch icons, blowers and lights can be simply power on/off controlled. The filter lifetime bars clearly illustrate the remaining times. When the filters are close to their bottoms of life, audible/visible alert will be given out.

Settings

By touching the defined icon at the right corner in the main interface, the Settings is called out. Unlike other systems which require several secondary screens for settings of face velocity and event time, all core parameters except for filters which are set in a specific screen, can be initiated or modified in one screen.

Filtration

All installed filters including prefilters and HEPA filters can be set up and clearly displayed in this screen. When new filters are changed, just input the newest filter codes and press “Enter” icon. The lifetime bars of changed filters in the main interface will be refreshed to 100% soon after the filter codes are accepted.

Information

Besides the basic information of the equipment is included, some other valuable data, such as total power consumption and total working hours of the blowers, could also be checked at any time. These data are important to the customer as well as to our service engineers.
