Protection for operator from dangerous biological aerosols

Class I biological safety workstation or cabinet provides only operator protection from biological aerosols and does not supply process or sample protection. Therefore, one-way airflow and single HEPA/ULPA filtration are remarkable features compared with Class II or above biosafety products. 

DreamLab^® DL-BS series Class I Biological Safety Workstations combine negative HEPA-filtered airflow protecting operator from hazardous biological aerosols and UV irradiation sterilizing the surface and tools between experiments. Each ductless biological safety workstation is standard with DLTouch microprocessor controller. A safety interlock switch disables the UV light when the sash is raised, preventing operator exposure. Seamless design and UV-reflective construction materials further ensure no harmful UV energy escapes from the enclosure. These workstations are suitable for various life science laboratories.
