DreamLab^® DL-BSCA series Class II Biological Safety Cabinets Type A2 provide both operator protection and process/sample protection for many biological applications. Airborne contaminants are captured in HEPA filtration before entering the active workspace. The exhaust air is HEPA filtered so harmful particulate is not released into the room. To diminish the threat of cross-contamination, the built-in timed UV light can be used to irradiate work surfaces and tools between samples or cases. Full-closure sash and safety switch prevent operator exposure to UV energy. DLTouch microprocessor controller constantly monitors filter conditions and alerts the user if filter replacement is needed.
